Timor Leste (East Timor) is a consistent source of balanced, clean coffees and the first offering from the region for Top Cup. Lekisala is the name of the small community where this coffee is from. The farms represented in these lots are typically very small, with a high level of scrutiny and quality control implemented during post-harvest processing. This is another beautiful Farm Gate coffee and an excellent choice for espresso.

Cupping Notes: Caramel, milk chocolate with crisped rice, and a malic, green apple vibrance with hints of citrus peel
