Finca Altatierra is an organic farm in the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras. It is one Honduran manzana in area, or about two US acres. Altatierra is nestled in the foothills
on the northern slopes of the Santa Bárbara Mountain. The producers call it “cloud forest
grown” because it is on the edge of a rainforest with a unique classification — where persistent low-lying clouds provide moisture to vegetation.
This is another beautiful farmgate coffee that is great as espresso.
